Leadership Mansfield is a program offered to any interested citizen who lives or works in Mansfield. The purpose of Leadership Mansfield is to provide leadership training to motivate and encourage civic leaders; and to develop personal leadership characteristics and skills within individuals. Participants are introduced to state, county, and city officials, school board trustees and administrators, community leaders and community boards and commissions. Each graduate is encouraged to actively contribute to Mansfield’s growth and future. This is a tuition and application based program. Space is limited and applications are accepted on a first-received, first-considered basis.
